The Criterion Hotel formally the Regatta Hotel Complex opened its doors on the 26th April 1996. It has undergone extensive re modelling and refurbishing. It is Perth's oldest hotel with a licence since 1840.The Criterion Hotel has the best of both worlds the old and the new.
