DESCRIPTION |
The Beachfront Hideaway accommodates up to 10 adults in three contemporary Balinese style joined Hideaways . Two Hideaway accommodate four adults and a third Hideaway an additional two adults. There are connecting doors to comfortably join them all together for groups. Location On the beach 25 meters of sandy path separates us from the beach Holloway s Beach is 10 minutes drive north of Cairns We are 2 blocks from shops restaurants and bus A pleasant stroll down the beach A safe swimming enclosure usually manned by a lifeguard is adjacent to the main shops and caf . We can make reservations for you for a car rental dive trip fishing golf wilderness expeditions etc and give you some local advice about our fabulous local restaurants. The Bali and Hai Hideaway both have the following Two bedrooms each with full length mirrors a wardrobe ceiling fan 2 night lamps FM clock radio TV and Reverse Cycle Air conditioning unit with remote control. Sheets and pillows towels and face washers beach towels. One bedroom has a Queen Size bed and the other bedroom has two Single beds or one King size bed depending on the required configuration. Luggage rack and clothes hangers in each bedroom. One bedroom has a sliding door which opens to a private courtyard. One bedroom has a window facing the pool. Kitchen with 4 stools and a bar dishwasher modern electric ceramic cook top and oven Microwave oven electric jug toaster coffee plunger utensils cutlery glassware BBQ implements china and full size fridge telephone. Laundry area is situated in the private rear courtyard complete with automatic washing machine dryer laundry tub iron ironing board clothesline. Lounge room with ceiling fan Reverse Cycle Air conditioning with remote control two 2 seater couches nesting tables TV with satellite decoder AUSTAR CNN movies cartoons music .DVD VCR CD Stereo. Hair dryer Telephone Book rack... BBQ on the pool deck or in the case of Bali on the oceanfront deck. Undercover car space. Insect screens on all doors and windows. With the exception of the sliding courtyard doors and servery Games including Backgammon and darts. The Bali Hideaway also has the following features Heated oceanfront deck spa with therapeutic massage jets hand shower. A large sun umbrella is supplied for day use. Cold water filter unit. Large timber deck with gas flames torches. Shade provided by large sail. Outdoor furniture including bar and bar stools dining setting with chairs. Child safety fence on deck and rock garden. The ocean facing side of the lounge in Bali has full width glass sliding doors opening up to the deck and providing ocean views. A large Balinese day bed with cushions. The Hai Hideaway also has the following features A courtyard grass hut with a 3 person spa with therapeutic massage jets hand shower. Courtyard dining for 4. Colored low voltage garden lighting. Alang Alang grass hut with day bed servery to pool BBQ area Great ocean view Garbage disposal. Filtered water unit. Bali and Hai share a tropical beachfront salt water pool waterfall with poolside dining facilities pool lounge pool toys freshwater shower floodlights gas flairs charcoal BBQ. A large overhead sail lightly shades the pool there is a flat shallow section for stretching out and relaxing. Our pool can be solar heated or cooled and set at your favorite temperature as you wish. Palms Hideaway Our newest addition is the Palms Hideaway it can connect with the Hai Hideaway to make extra room for an additional two people. It is also fully self contained with one king or double bedroom full kitchen full size wall oven microwave oven dishwasher garbage disposal filtered water tap lounge dining combined bathroom separate toilet full laundry clothes dryer lines its own private courtyard with setting for 4 ceiling fans and it is of course fully air conditioned and screened. Satellite TV DVD to the lounge bedroom. You can hear the waves rolling in just a few meters away When you combine Bali Hai Palms together they all have interconnecting doors you can accommodate ten adults very comfortably whilst having privacy separate facilities and heaps of space for everyone. Airport transfers can be arranged with prior notice. As we sleep 10 people arrangements can be made with other nearby accommodation houses to cater for additional guests. Special arrangements for children can be made on request ask for our information on hire of cots prams etc. Beach photography Welcomed. Small group weddings parties and conformations may be arranged normally up to about 12 guests. A minimum of a 7 day booking is required for both hideaways. We have an arrangement with Coolum s beachfront restaurant which is just a short stroll down our beach for functions of all types we ve hoisted many lovely ceremonies on the beach straight out front. Security .. Is assured at all times dead locks are fitted to most doors. The front entrance door is always locked and your visitors must buzz you to gain entry. Hard wired smoke detectors and safety switches are installed and regularly checked by our electrician. Dimmers are standard on most light fittings.
