It has been claimed that Lewis Carroll was inspired to write Alice Through The Looking Glass whilst staying at the East Close. It is easy to see why when you visit our extensive gardens and woods. Form Junction 1 on the M27 take the Cadnham turning and then follow for Lyndhurst.At Lyndhurst follow the A35 to Christchurch 9 miles .The Hotel is on the left hand side of the main road
