At any airport catching a 'black london cab' is the most expensive option. Can you book a Taxi to pick us up at the Airport Due to some problems with guests taking alternative forms of transport once they arrive at the airport and not informing us we cannot reserve a Cab for you however we can give you the contact details of the Company we use. We DO arrange for Taxis departing from the hotel. Can you book me Theatre tickets and tour buses Yes We hope to be able to assist you in any way we can. We must point out though that with theatre tickets especially we would advise booking them as far in advance as possible as the major shows tend to fill up very quickly. Online services such as Ticketmaster are a very good way to do this. Open topped tour buses do not need to be reserved in advance.I notice that Reception is manned between 7.30am and 10.30pm how do I get into the hotel outside these times When you check in you are given a special entry fob which gains you access to the hotel at night using an electronic system. The receptionist sleeps in the hotel over night so there is always someone on hand should you need assistance. We would advise informing us if your arrival at the hotel is likely to be very late or very early. Can we arrange for an early check in to our rooms We understand that many of you arrive on early flights in the morning. If you require an early check in to your room then we will do our best to service it as soon as is possible. This is dependent on what time the person in the room departs checkout time is by 11.00am. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 1.00pm. To ensure you will have the room very early we advise reserving it for the night before your early arrival.Do you have a car park No there is metered parking in the area but this can be both difficult to find and expensive if you plan on parking for any length of time There is a 24hr car park called Kingston House at Princes Gate SW7 1LN just a couple of minutes drive from the hotel.
