We offer a warm welcome to our Victorian home built in 1890. Our rooms are clean and comfortable decorated to the highest standards. Parking is available directly in front of the house.Full English breakfast is included in the price of stay.We have free guest use of local health spa where you can have a swim sauna steam.Kendal is the gateway to the Lake District and the perfect base for touring north and south.

Travelling North. M6 Junction 36.Follow signs for South Lakes and Kendal. A6 South Kendal. A6 Town centre. On entering town Rt hand lane. Follow signs for all routes and then A6 Shap. Watch for Nissan garage on left hand side Balcony House 250yds on Rt.Travelling. South. M6 Junction 39 for Shap. Follow signs for Shap and Kendal. At T. Junction follow signs for Kendal. 15 miles. As you enter Kendal school playing fields on left hand side. Immediatlely after pedestrian crossing Balcony house is on left. |
