We are 15 minutes from the M20 .From Rye A259 for approx 8 miles. Cross over 2 roundabouts onto A2070 signposted Channel Tunnel After 1 mile approx on A2070 turn right to Ivuchurch. Moat House will be found on the left after half a mile. |
