Take the 3rd on your left at The Lanes hotel into Charlotte St. Penny Lanes is at the top on your right. This is a one way street away from the sea Approximately 2 3 minutes drive from the Pier. From Brighton Railway StationEither walk by heading down to the sea front Queens road into West Street . Turn left heading towards the Brighton Pier. See above from the coach station. Approximately a 15 20 minute walk. Or a 5 minute cab ride many cab s available outside the station. Alternatively take the No.7 bus outside Station every 10 minutes to the top of St.James s Street.
