DESCRIPTION |
The Sunray Hotel is a small family run hotel housed in two connecting Georgian Townhouses. We are centrally located for easy access to the city centre the Dockyard the International Ferry Port the National Marine Aquarium the Theatre Pavillions and the historic Barbican area. We have comfortable en suite accomodation which offers a home from home atmosphere which allows you to relax and enjoy your stay. Our room styles vary from singles through to doubles and family rooms accomodating up to four or five. The accomodation is spread over four floors. All rooms are en suite and have tea coffee making facilities colour televisions central heathing and windows that open. Our restaurant offers a wonderful breakfast selection which is included in your room cost and evening meals can be provided if requested in advance. Let us know if there is something particular you would like to eat and we can endeavour to fullfill your request. We have a small lounge and bar where smoking is permitted.Parking is available on a first come first served basis in our car park though nearby parking is available within 200 yds.Reception is not 24 hours and closes at 10pm. Please contact us if arrival is later as no access is available after this time without prior arrangement.

LOCATION |
From Exeter take the A38 to Plymouth. Follow the signs for the City Centre and Hoe Area.Turn off into Vauxhall St and on into Notte Street. Look for the Barbican Harbour on your left as you pass a Dive Shop and large Antique shop on your left by a small carpark. Continue straight on past a row of restaurants and shops on your right Arribas Notte Inn Eastern Eye and Spar. Continue straight on up a hill past a modern looking church with a steeple Unitarian Church and at the next set of traffic lights by Gill Akaster House turn left into Lockyer Street. Alfred Street is located 200 yds up on the Right hand side. Parking is at the rear of the hotel accessed by a small lane just before the hotel. Please park within the bays only not on the road either infront of or behind the hotel as a parking fine will be incurred. Parking is available at either end of Alfred Street in Lockyer Street and Atheneuam Street Pay and Display Free from 6pm till 10am. |
