The Garrison Hotel is situated within the Hillsborough Barracks Sheffield. An ideal location for anyone wanting a relaxing and short break. Having opened in 2001 the building is converted from what used to be the Grade II listed jail guardhouse and ammunition building of Hillsborough Barracks. This combines an historic atmosphere with modern facilities.

LOCATION |
From the northTalking J36 on the M1 follow signs for Sheffield A61. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles passing Sheffield Wednesday football ground on your right and Owlerton Stadium on your left. Get in the right hand lane as you pass B Q and Hillsborough Barracks should be visible on your right. Follow the road into the Barracks and the hotel is on your left. Car Parking facilities are available just opposite the main gates. From the southTaking J33 on the M1 follow the A630 Sheffield Parkway for approximately 5 miles until you reach the Park Square Roundabout. Taking the 5th exit signed 'A57 Glossop' follow the road until you reach the New Crown Court Building on your right. Travel directly across 2nd exit and continue on this dual carriageway until you pass Mecca Bingo on the hills on your left. When you see MacDonald's turn left. Our car park is situated just opposite the main gates to the hotel. From the westComing across the 'A57 Snake Pass' take the left hand turn signposted Hillsborough as you are approaching Sheffield. Follow this road round until you see the Supertram stop. Follow this road Holme Lane continuing straight across the traffic lights. At the roundabout take the second main exit so that KFC is on your left and turn right at the lights. The entrance to Hillsborough Barracks is the next right. The hotel car park is the right hand turning just after B Q and the hotel is just opposite. |
