DESCRIPTION |
A family run licensed hotel in the heart of St.Annes overlooking the lovely Ashton Gardens and only minutes away from all the local amenities and a great selection of restaurants plus the attractions of Blackpool only a five minute drive away. We have 54 guest bedrooms made up of singles doubles twins families all of which are non smoking. Larger front facing rooms which carry a supplement can be requested. We have designated smoking areas within the hotel. Open late 2004 was our Indoor heated Swimming Pool Spa Pool and Steam Room this year will see the completion of our gymnasium date not yet confirmed .

Take M55 to the end then at first roundabout turn left at second roundabout take third turnoff onto A5230 Progress Way to Squires Gate Lane . At the traffic lights facing the seafront turn left onto Clifton Drive North past pontins and through another set of traffic lights we are approximately 1 2mile on the right. |
