This privately owned hotel set in the magnificent Cathedral quarter of the city has 68 well appointed en suite bedrooms all offering tea coffee making facilities trouser press hair dryer direct dial telephone and plasma screen T.V s with direct internet access. Our Cathedral facing rooms have been refurbished to a high standard and air conditioning is available in these rooms to upgrade to one of these rooms please contact the hotel direct. Our reception area allows guests the freedom of wireless internet access as do our five small function rooms which are available for hire. The restaurant with it s hues of rhubard and custard boasts the best view in the city air conditioning and a fantastic eclectic menu which uses locally produced ingredients. Our bar is proud to announce Friday night is Jazz Night every Friday night at the Lincoln hotel with live entertainment Car parking is free to all residents and disabled access can be found to the rear of the hotel with a lift to the main reception floor. As from the 1st October the Lincoln will be introducing a non smoking policy in all public areas and guest rooms. We would advise guests in advance that during the festive season disco noise may be audible from your room if in doubt please contact reservations. FROM A46 SOUTHComing from the south on the A46 Lincoln Bypass follow signs for Lincoln North Historic Lincoln at the roundabout signposted Historic Lincoln Ermine turn right. on to Riseholme Road. Follow road along to next roundabout go straight over again follow road approximately mile then road bears to the left keep going to junction turn right hotel on right hand side at traffic lights.FROM A15 NORTHFrom A15 north as above from Riseholme Road instructions.FROM A57 From A57 follow sign for Lincoln till A46 junction roundabout turn left onto A46 follow route as above.FROM A158 WRAGBY ROADA158 Wragby Road follow signs for Lincoln go straight over at the A46 junction roundabout follow road along until you come to a large junction Carlton shopping centre on left hand side go straight over at traffic lights follow road along past Tesco s straight over again at traffic lights to next set turn right Peacock Public House is on right hand corner keep going to next set of traffic lights hotel on right hand side.FROM A15 SOUTHA15 south follow signs for Lincoln down Cross O Cliff Hill to junction turn right at next roundabout turn right along South Park keep on the road till you come to set of traffic light turn left Canwick Road keep in left hand lane carry on going over flyover bridge you will see the cathedral on top of the hill in front of you keep going over 2 sets of traffic lights up Lindum Hill road bears to the left and take the left fork Cathedral on left hand side go through the Roman archway and hotel is on the left at traffic lights |
