DESCRIPTION

The Log House is a historic Norwegan log cabin in Ambleside the heart of the English Lake District. Originally brought to the Lake District by Artist Alfred Heaton Cooper nearly 100 years ago as a home and studio. The Log House now serves as a restaurant and bar with three luxury bedrooms.

 

LOCATION

Located on Lake Road A591 30 minutes away from the M6. From the M6 leave at junction 36 and follow the A590 signposted for Windermere. At the roundabout take the second exit for Ambleside A591 . We are located on the left hand side on Lake Road
