Thornton Hall Hotel now an elegant 4 star country hotel was once the home of a wealthy Shipping Merchant the building is believed to be approximately 130 years old. The Hall became a hotel in 1954 and retains many of the origional features including Wood Carvings and an ornate Leather and Mother of Pearl ceiling in the Restaurant. The hotel is set in seven acres of grounds and our Superior Garden Rooms boast panoramic views of the grounds and surrounding countryside. From the M53 take junction 4 sign posted Willaston Neston for approximately half a mile. Turn right sign posted for Thornton Hough Neston. Continue through Thornton Hough Village and we are situated on the Left. From the M6 take junction 20 onto the M56 and then take Junction 15 onto the M53 follow the Ellesmere Port Birkenhead signs then directions from M53 as above. From Manchester Airport join the M56 sign posted North Wales Chester then follow directions as from the M53. From Liverpool Take the Wallasey Tunnel onto the M53 and the follow directions as from the M53. From Chester take the A540 to Heswall. Continue for approximately 10 miles turn right onto the B5136 sign posted Thornton Hough. Follow for approximately 1 Mile we are on the right. |
