The Penthouse has stunning uninterrupted 180 degree views far reaching across Bristol Harbour Ashton Court bristol environs also taking a glipse of the historical Cathedral dating back almost 1000 years The Penthouse also exhibits a balcony to die for spanning almost half of the development. The Stylish 2 bedroom Apartment occupies a fantastic position on the 1st floor with 2 balconies one large rectangle balcony and a smaller V shaped design balcony both offer partial views of the harbour canal and cathedral. Balmoral House the development is an exceptional Crest Nicholson design located along Cathedral Walk and flanked by Canons Way in the newer quarter of Bristol's harbourside. Reserve now with your credit card this is just a reservation of your intent to book through Late Rooms we will not debit your credit card but instead we will email you a Paypal Invoice to pay a booking deposit or the full amount where applicable by credit card online as this confirms and secures your booking. The balance payment of your booking can then be settled either by bank transfer in advance or by cash on arrival before occupation of any of our apartments. A fully refundable security cash deposit of 100 less 10.00 for cleaning is required against any breakages or damages. Note The security deposit required may increase to 300.00 if you are staying for two weeks or more. Kindly bring along a photo copy of your passport for our records and identification. Checking in is strictly by arrangement between 2.00pm to 7pm. Checking in after 7pm may incur a 15.00 call out charge. We look forward to your booking
