Our business philosophy is to offer something more than other hotels. We aim to work well together and to take a personnal approach to our business. We hope our guests with then benefit from this unique customer friendly approach.Our founder Thomas Roessler is a state recognised gastronome and master chef. Before he took over the Laupheimer he was a chef at the Park Lane hotel in Hong Kong. Aswell as being responsible for the A la carte menus he was in charge of 93 chefs. He has spent time in America Switzerland and Sweden perfecting his excellent international cooking. The Laupheim hotel benefits from his home cooked regional style food. Food is cooked in a special way with traditional herbs and spices.The hotel is part of an old baroque street but rooms are modern and comfortable.Making you feel at home and comfortable is very important to us Our 32 room hotel is on three floors. Rooms are decorated in a wooden style and are both comfortable and homely. Each room has a shower toilet colour television internet connection DVD player direct dial telephone with voice mail hairdryer and mini bar.After an enjoyable night's stay in our hotel you can expect a good healthy breakfast buffet with Sekt type of German wine .Our welcoming restaurant is open daily and offers fresh market produce. We can prepare regional and seasonal dishes with an exotic flair. For food preparation we run an efficient kitchen and where possible we avoid the use of flavourings and preservatives.
