The Agricultural establishment of Podere Campiglia is located within the municipality of Pian di Sc on the typical Balze del Valdarno at the foot of Pratomagno in the middle among Firenze Arezzo Siena and the hills of Chianti with is six hectares of land with horses and farmyard animals completely isolated but at only one Km away from the village Podere Campiglia is an old country house with five apartments one one room apartment the reception and the owner s apartment on the ground floor a big suite in to level with Jacuzzi inside and two two room apartments on the first floor.The complex look on a lawn with outdoor furniture umbrellas and a beautiful swimming pool 6m.x 12m. 1 20h 1.80h with view on the valley the pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas and has a hot and cold shower.The complex is partially fenced in and has an automatic gate and a parking area.
