DESCRIPTION |
Strove is a charming town of longobard origin nestling in the Elsa countryside.It was probably very important due to its size and strategic position on the border between Siena and Florence territory.In 1300 the castle was razed on the ground and those fort houses wich still characterise it today were built on the ruins.Hotel Casalta has 10 double rooms all furnished in traditional Tuscany style.The hotel's restaurant offers a generous choice of traditional local dishes accompanied with wines of our selected wine cellar.The lounge with fireplace is available to hotel guests for pleasant evening in company.
