How to reach the Hotel Balestri Arriving from MILANO VERONA VENEZIA BOLOGNA A1 southbound or GENOVA PISA A11 eastbound follow the signes to Roma and exit the highway at FIRENZE SUD Arriving from ROMA A1 northbound exit the highway at FIRENZE SUD Drive along Via Marco Polo then across the Arno river and turn left at the traffic lights straight along downstream Arno river on your left for about 5 kms 3 miles turn right at the traffic lights into Viale Giovanni Amendola move to the left lane at the next traffic lights turn left twice. At the big stone tower turn right drive along the riverside until Piazza Cavalleggeri. Restricted traffic area from here Z.T.L. note the big white sign allowing access to the hotels and Hotel Balestri drive along Corso dei Tintori at the traffic lights drive into the narrow road opposite on your left Via Vagellai and you will be in Piazza Mentana where Hotel Balestri is located.
