DESCRIPTION |
We are 300 mtrs. away from main railway station SM Novella and from congress centre Fortezza da Basso. The historic downtown is 1 km away and you can reach it on foot or by bus which stops in front of our building.We have 3 double rooms with ensuite bathroom and 2 double rooms sharing bathroom with each other. Every room has double windows and air conditioning. There is a fridge in the common area. Every client has his own keys to go in and out as he wishes. We do not have breakfast. We tidy up the rooms every morning. VERY IMPORTANT WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL HOUR.WE DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARD SERVICE FOR FINAL PAYMENT WE ACCEPT ONLY CASH.

From RAILWAY STATION S.M.NOVELLA on foot about 300 mtrs. You take the right exit you go down the stairs you turn right than straight on till the traffic light you cross the road and you are on Via G. Monaco on the left pavement at nr. 25 you find us.From the AIRPORT about 7 kms. you take the bust shuttle to the railway station of S.M. Novella and you ask the driver to stop you in Via G. Monaco the bus stop is in front of our building.From MOTORWAY about 7 kms. you follow the directions downtown centro railway station stazione you drive on Via di Novoli Via Redi Viale Belfiore |
