The thermal water of our city are unique in the world and it contains precious elements to renew the organism. Acqui Terme the roman Acquae Statiellae owes its name to this steaming and therapeutic waters they gushes in the center of the city under Grand Hotel Nuove Terme and in the baths area. Waters of our thermal fountains Bollente Del lago and Acqua marcia which have fallen as rain and snow nearby the appenine moutains and throughout a long and slow underground course travelling for more than 2500 3000 metres under the earth's subsoil have become enriched rare and precious with a very high temperature 75 c and contain many chemical elements the main features are sulphur bromine and iodine . The waters throughout the journey also become enriched with salt which derives from the old seas that at one time covered the area now known as the padana plain. For more than 2 millenniums they have been used in the spa centres to help cure and invigorate body and mind and to help our guests feel completely reborn. IMPORTANT The Thermal Swimming pool will be closed for routine MAINTENANCE from 21st to 26th August included however the Beauty Center will be opened Le acque termali della nostra citt sono uniche al mondo e contengono elementi preziosi per rinnovare l'organismo. Acqui la romana Acquae Statiellae deve il suo nome appunto alle acque quelle fumanti e terapeutiche che sgorgano nel cuore della citt proprio nel sottosuolo del Grand Hotel Nuove Terme e nella zona bagni. Le acque delle sorgenti termali acquesi Bollente Del lago e Acqua marcia cadute come pioggia o neve lungo le vicine propaggini appenniniche nella loro lenta discesa verso le profondit del sottosuolo oltre i 2500 3000 metri si sono arricchite di rare e preziose propriet fisiche e chimiche l'alta temperatura e la predominanza salsobromojodica e sulfurea . Tali caratteristiche si conservano nei vapori delle sorgenti grazie ad una rapida ed incontaminata risalita in superficie attraverso il sistema di spiccate fenditure che caratterizza la crosta terrestre acquese. Queste acque nel loro annoso viaggiare hanno strappato al suolo i sali degli antichissimi mari cloruro di sodio bromo e iodio che ricoprivano un tempo la pianura padana e da sempre sgorgano a circa 73 alla Bollente ricca di solfati grazie alla forte presenza di anidride carbonica e depositi gassosi del deposito primario mentre alla Acqua marcia la temperatrura non supera i 19 a causa di una risalita pi lenta visto il passaggio attraverso un serbatoio secondario posto a circa 1000 metri di profondit dove l'acqua perde temperatura e in virt dell'azione di solfobatteri trasforma gli originari solfati in solfuri. Da pi di due millenni sono impiegate nei complessi termali per curare e tonificare il corpo e di riflesso lo spirito dei nostri Ospiti. IMPORTANTE La Piscina di acqua termale rimarr chiusa per MANUTENZIONE ordinaria ANNUALE dal 21 al 26 Agosto compresi il Centro Benessere rester comunque operativo

1 from the international airport of Genoa Cristoforo Colombo by car Entrer the highway go in west direction A10 GENOVA VENTIMIGLIA and follow the direction of Ventimiglia continue in direction of Alessandria Milano A7 GENOVA MILANO and after about 30 kms exit in Ovada. Turn right and follow the direction of Acqui Terme crossing Molare and Cremolino cities after about 23 kms enter in Acqui Terme and at a round crossroads turn right in Corso Bagni. Go straight for about 2 kms pass under the train bridge and turn left at another round crossroads continue for about 800 meters up to the square Piazza Italia 2 from Milan by car Entrer the highway go in south direction A7 MILANO GENOVA follow the direction of Genoa continue in A21 highway TORINO PIACENZA then in A26 highway GENOVA GRAVELLONA TOCE and exit in Alessandria Sud. Go straight SS30 road for about 25 kms in direction of Acqui Terme. Entrer in the city trought Stradale Alessandria and at a round crossroads turn left in Via Monteverde. Continue up to another round crossroads so turn right in Via Trucco continue in Via Mariscotti then in Corso Dante up to the square Piazza Italia 3 from Turino by car Entrer the highway go in the south direction A21 TORINO PIACENZA and follow the direction of Piacenza Genoa exit in Asti Est and continue in direction of Montegrotto d'Asti then Nizza Monferrato and after Acqui Terme. Entrr in the city and continue in Corso Roma then turn left in Corso Cavour at the second round crossroads turn left again and continue in Corso Dante up to the square Piazza Italia. |
