The Kaimes Guest House is only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Here at the Kaimes Guest House you can be assured of excellent service combined with quality accommodation in the capital of Scotland. The Guest House is situated close to The Kings Theatre The Edinburgh Castle and the most famous shopping centre Princes Street which is probably the premier shopping street in Scotland. There are some excellent restaurants pubs clubs theatres cinemas and the world famous Usher Hall very close to the Guest House. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre is only a five minute walk from The Guest House. We have easy access to the local bus service which runs frequently. The bus stop is situated outside our premises and the bus service takes you to most of the major attractions such as The Edinburgh Castle Holyrood Palace Dynamic Earth The Royal Mile Old Town The National Gallery Museums and other historical places in Edinburgh. The Kaimes Guest House offers you good value bed and breakfast accommodation with limited car parking facilities. The Kaimes Guest House is a beautifully decorated Victorian House which is centrally located and has 12 bedrooms which consist of family rooms double twin rooms triple rooms and single rooms. Most of the rooms have en suite facilities. All rooms have colour TV tea coffee facilities hair dryer and iron is provided on request. All the rooms are immaculate and freshly decorated. We offer a choice of full cooked Scottish breakfast or Continental breakfast. BY AIR From Edinburgh Airport take the airport bus to the city centre and get off at the west end of Princes Street opposite the Caledonian Hotel. Cross to the other side of Princes Street Street garden side and take Lothian Bus No. 10 to Gilmore Place which then joins Granville Terrace. Please note that change is not given on Lothian Bus services. Alternatively take a taxi from Edinburgh Airport to Granville Terrace. BY RAIL From Waverley Train Station go onto Princes Street.
