Our friendly knowledgeable and experienced staff will ensure you have everything you need and are on hand to ensure that your stay with us is a fulfilling and memorable one. Due to the layout of the city guests may be required to climb a number of steps to reach their accommodation Guests who have mobility problems are kindly asked to inform us of this when booking. Please also note that we do not offer parking. Guests can park at one of the near by NCP car parks which offer a security parking place during your stay with us. All check ins will take place at our central reception located at 6 Queen Street Edinburgh EH2 1JE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY THE LOCATION OF OUR OFFICE AND THAT YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH THE DIRECTIONS AND KEYS TO YOUR APARTMENT. This fantastic facility which has recently been refurbished is ideally located right in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre 550 meters from Edinburgh Bus Station and 800 meters from Waverly Train Station. Guests can take advantage of Shuttle bus service taxi service to apartments Secure baggage storage on day of arrival and departure Complimentary refreshments in our honesty bar Complimentary Internet facilities Comprehensive tourist information This will be our new reception where you will be supplied woth key and directions to your apartment upon checkin Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check in. There is a fee for this service of 10GBP per hour. The latest check out time is 1400 hrs We do also offer a complimentary luggage storage facility before and after checkout. All apartments are strictly NON SMOKING and there can be some noise in apartments located in the City Centre

Directions Leave Waverley Station by the Waverly Bridge Exit turning right onto Waverly Bridge. Take a left onto Princes Street you will see the rocket like Scott Monument on your left hand side. Take a right onto Hanover Street. Carry on straight ahead at the roundabout still on Hanover Street. At the traffic lights take a right onto Queen Street. We are located at 6 Queen Street on the right hand side of the street next to The Jamhouse Live Music Venue. From EDI Airport. Costs approximate Taxi 20 GBP City Bus 5 GBP return The Airport bus departs every 15 minutes. Guests must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus opposite Waverly Station. Reception and key collection is approx. 7 minute walk uphill from here. |
