DESCRIPTION |
Pinnacle Place is a 7 500 sq. ft. house which is ideal for Corporate Retreats Family Reunions ski groups and vacationers. It is centrally located in Frisco Colorado within minutes of Keystone Breckenridge and Copper resorts. Enjoy all of the winter activities that abound at these ski resorts or take advantage of the off season activities. These include golf boating on Lake Dillon hiking biking fishing white water rafting mine tours and much more. Pinnacle Place is within walking distance of shopping restaurants equipment rentals shuttles and the shores of Lake Dillon. With views of the Continental Divide it sleeps up to 26 people and there are condominiums across the street which can be rented if the group is larger. The main house has a hot tub sauna and steam shower. Steps away in a seperate building is a six lane lap pool two more hot tubs an indoor racquetball court and conference facility. For summertime use there is also a tennis court and volleyball court. The kitchen features two ovens two coffee pots microwave refrigerator upright freezer and everything else needed for large groups.A 2 night mimimum is required.

Highway I 70 to exit 203. Go one mile to Lagoon Drive. Turn left onto Lagoon Drive and as the road curves to the left look for two driveways on the right with large iron gates. Pull into the second driveway where you can see the numbers 701 over the doorway. This is the back entrance to Pinnacle Place where parking and the six car garage is located. |
